Studio

We are an architecture studio based in Mallorca, with headquarters in Palma. It was founded in 2018 by architect Javier de Juan Carbonell after his career in several studios on the island.

We design spaces focused on people, in dialogue with their surroundings, where functionality, clarity, and style come together naturally. Our approach integrates sustainable, environmentally responsible solutions, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and harmony in every project. We accompany our clients from initial concept to final execution through a smooth, transparent, and hands-on process.

We develop a wide range of projects, combining technical precision and aesthetic sensitivity to create functional, comfortable, and timeless spaces.
